He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald O'Brien and Elizabeth O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; and his children, Patricia, Jeffrey, Timothy and Michael. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and great grandchildren along with many loving friends and neighbors.
