She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Ashley; and her daughter Jenna Carrington, RN. She is survived by: her daughter Krissie (Chad); her granddaughters, Emma, Jade and Avery; and her sister Amy (Randy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
