He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Nielsen and Linda Nielsen; his spouse Lynn Nielsen; his children, Felicity, Andrew, Jeremy, Matthew and Daniel; and his grandchildren, Sierra, Elliana, Mason, John-Michael, Matthew Jr., Zoey, Azreal and Travis.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Premier Funeral Services (67 E 8000 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84047).
