He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James Mills and Nathel Yaussi Mills; and his stepmother Colleen Mills. He is survived by: his former wife Claudia Robinson; his children, Melinda (Charles), Kimberly (Patrick), Clinton (Jaci), Alisha (Kurtis), David (Alyssa) and Jeremy; his grandchildren, Abbigail, Ian, Kaitlynn, Eric, Braden, Richard, Whitney, Chatlin, Hannah and Theodore; his siblings, Gary Mills, Lee Ann Goodsell and Sharri Winkelkotter; and his stepsiblings, Doug Humphreys, Vickie Stevenson and Debbie Alexander.
