She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sizemore and Nellie Mary Kloeppel Sizemore (Mae); and her close friend Elease Thompson. She is survived by: her cousin Melody; her husband Joseph Starks; her children, Danny Starks (Tonia), Laura Earley (Gary), Joey Starks (Rebecca), Kimberly Kennedy (Glen) and Nikell Holsten (Brian); and her brothers, Rob Sizemore and Ken Sizemore. She is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
