It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noreen Cutler Omer (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Sutherland Omer; and her children, Steven Cutler Omer and Rebecca McKown (Becky). She is survived by: her children, John Russell Omer (Giuliana), Doral Bryce Omer (Lyndy), Kent Cutler Omer (Debra), Carolyn Omer Bitner (Brian) and Christopher Cutler Omer (Joann). She is also survived by 34 grandchildren, and 63 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting a donation be made to the General Missionary Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
