She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold James Raleigh and Violet Alice Weidman Raleigh; her former life partner Bob Boog; and her sons, Jim, Bruce and Jack.

She is survived by : her husband Gordon Young; her children, Linda Lund (Victor Lund) and Bob Boog Jr. (Sherri); and her niece Barbara Fenwick. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
