He is survived by: his brother Madison River; his wife Ann Clark; his children, Cynthia Steadman (Kim), Julianne Bawden (Brent), Michael Green (Holly), Susan Green and Adam Green (Melannie); and his caregivers, Heidi, Tina, Simote, Ana, Tammy and Dale. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
