She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine "Kathy" Fernandez and Jim Kangas; and her sister Kristina. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her daughter Isabella; her brother James; her sibling's children, Anthony, Olivia, Megyn and Austin; and her grandchildren, Grayson, Hayden and Rylan.
