It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Rucker Fullmer (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Richard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Richard. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fullmer and Leila Harmison; his wife Marion; his son Pieter; and his granddaughter Leila Fullmer.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Heidi), Phillip (Davida), David (Rose) and Amy Howard. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106).
