He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Shelle Estes (Matt), Dustin Fowler (Amanda), Cassie Garcia (Jared) and Clint Fowler (Ashley); his daughter-in-law Denean Fowler; and his siblings, Bill, Janet, Kerry, Jean and Scott. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
