He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Quigley and Edna Quigley; and his brother Frederick Neal Quigley. He is survived by: his significant other Catherine Bonnie Imelda Secoura; his children, Barbara Quigley Torkelson (Dan), Susan Marie Quigley Nishijima (Cory), Robert Christian Quigley (Maren) and Laura Lee Quigley McCandless (Ray); his grandchildren, Jeffery Torkelson, Gregory Torkelson, Christopher Nishijima (Addison), Danielle Nishijima Wade (Russell), Matthew Quigley (Mitchell), Michael Quigley, Brenna McCandless-Schiwal (Shawn) and Katie McCandless Jensen (Parker); his great grandchild Coulter James McCandless-Schiwal; and his sister Irma Elaine Raynor.
