He is survived by: his wife Emma Lou Swinyard Kasteler; his children, Lynda Jensen (Christian), Jeffery (Jodie), Michael and Lee (Luce); his daughter-in-law Lisa Kasteler; and his child Mika. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
