He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Gordon and Elaine Hansen Madsen; his wife Patricia Nelson; his children, Cindy Percival (Shane), Anne Swenson (Cody), John Madsen (Becky), David Madsen (Zelmarie), Marie Smith (Steve), Michael Madsen (Julie), Allison Madsen and Leslie Madsen; his siblings, Wayne Madsen (Donna), Bruce Madsen (Barbara) and Marilyn Buckholts (Don); his sister-in-law Karen Madsen; and his brother Max. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5235 S Wesley Rd #1107, Salt Lake City, UT 84117). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
