He is survived by: his wife Nanette; his children, Jessica Sayles (Chris), Matthew (Michelle) and Justin (Abigail); his grandchildren, Olivia, Montana, Lucy, Noah, Maxwell, Hannah and Henry; and his siblings, Rene Smith (Jack), Bob (Pearl) and Mike (Heather).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Et Lifeline Community Church (4431 Lifeline Ln, West Jordan, UT 84009).
