She is also survived by the many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

“I went to elementary, middle school, and high school with Rosie and she was the girl that every girl wanted to be like and every guy wanted to be with. She lit up any room she walked into with her presence and undeniable beauty. She was smart, kind and genuinely stunning. I feel so sad at hearing of this loss and i pray her family can get through this tough time. I will always remember Rosalee as the beautiful person she was inside and out.
