She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick William "Bill" and Bonnie Marie Gardner Bergeson; her husband John William Zaelit; and her brothers, Willian David "Dave", Steven J "Steve" and Stanley C.
She is survived by: her son Hans Smith (Alicia); her grandchildren, Christian, Drew, Carter, Ellie and Mason; and her stepson Zack Zaelit (Sharon Gardner Nixon). She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wasatch Lawn Cemetery (3401 Highland Dr., Millcreek, UT 84106).
