She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lorenzo Chapman and Sylvia Corinda Clapp; and her husbands, Myron Eugene Althouse and Ivan Archibald. She is survived by: her children, Kerry Rex Smith, Melanie Zumwalt (Steven), Damon Scott Smith (late Joann Jergins Smith), Aaron Marcus Althouse, Dennis Leroy Smith and Robin Marcus Smith; and her grandsons, Joseph Benjamin Smith, Jaxon Stephen Fox and Michael Wade Smith. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dixie Downs LDS Meeting House (1184 N Dixie Downs Rd, St. George, UT 84770). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the LDS Chapel (1184 N Dixie Downs Rd, St. George, UT 84770). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Redwood Memorial Cemetery (6500 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84123).
