She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Hackney and Will Rogers Whitfield; and her brother Will R. Whitfield. She is survived by: her children, DerriDee L. Johnson of Farmington and Briam C. Johnson (Theresa); her grandchildren, Brydon, Treyson, Seila and Amani; her son David E. Johnson; her grandchildren, Will, Vincent and Joshuah of Gypsum, CO.; her sisters, Sandra Marquess of Jefferson, GA and Anna Goode of Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandson Jaymin Mann (John Graf). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Lawn Funeral Home (2350 E 1300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84108). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
