She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul G. Saltas and Sophie Mastoris Saltas. She is survived by: her godchildren, Kathy, Kim and JD; her husband Drew G. Pauls; her children, Nicole (David Rebol) and Aaron (Jenner Feroah); her grandsons, George Rebol and Andrew Papadopoulos; and her sisters, Karen Anastasopoulos (George), Joanne Saltas and Diane Saltas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church (5335 S Highland Dr, Holladay, UT 84117). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations made in Yvonne's memory may be directed to GOCSLC Youth Ministries Programs, Saint Sophia School, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
