He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Sullivan; and his sister Alberta Sullivan. He is survived by: his father Kayto Sullivan Sr.; his husband Andrew Alexander; his stepmother Annie Sullivan; and his siblings, Leberta Ruben, Elvira Fuller and Kayto Sullivan Jr. Arlis.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary (1007 West South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, UT 84095).
