He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former spouse Terryl VanOrman; his wife Nancy Johnson; his daughter Brooke; his father David; his sibling DeeAnne (John); his nieces, Amber and Liz (Greg); his nephew Tyler; his niece Camille (James); his aunt Phyllis; his mother Barbara; his brother Bart; and also Brayden. He was also cherished by children; many cousins.
