He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen and GeNiel; his father-in-law Joe Walters; and his brother-in-law Roger Hayes. He is survived by: his spouses, Rhonda Ross and RaNae; his children, Melia Henrichsen (Kevin), Jamie Fletcher (Ben), Derek Smith (Kerissa) and Dustin Smith (Jamie); his mother-in-law Marilyn Walters; his siblings, Joyce Woolstenhulme (Daryl), DeLone Hayes and Ralph Smith (RaNae); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Walters (Shelly) and Brent Walters (Shoko). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
