He is survived by: his siblings, Marlee and Otis; his parents, Grace Blissell and Tyson Lloyd of Sandy, UT.; his great-grandparents, John Yeager of Sandy, UT and Cheri Yeager of Sandy, UT; and his grandparents, Arlene Blissell, Bill Blissell of Champion, PA, Tawny Lloyd, Kelly Gordon of Sandy, UT, Doug Lloyd and Sharon Lloyd of West Jordan, UT..

In lieu of flowers Grace and Tyson request donations of new preemie and newborn outfits, new stuffed animals, and Joann gift cards or monetary donations for Grace to make blankets to be donated to the NICU in Dashiell's name.
