She was predeceased by : her close friend Kelvin Earl Evans; her siblings, Marian, Phillip and Alvin; and her parents, Ralph Phillip Wyrick and Ida Ava Stephens Wyrick.
She is survived by : her brother Steven Wyrick (Diane); her sons, Jeff Forsyth (Tanya) and Steve Forsyth (Kris); her stepdaughters, Linda Diamond (Lynn) and Vicky Fitzgerald; her former life partner James R. Forsyth; and her husband Kelvin "Kelly" Evans. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
