He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Fratto and Olga Fratto. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Bishop Fratto; and his children, Michael (Kayla), Lynn and Sherri LaNae Vincent. He is also survived by three brothers; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
