He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Ontiveros and Marcelina Ontiveros. He is survived by: his wife Glenda of Sandy; his children, Troy Ontiveros (Robyn) and Staci Dansie (John) of Dublin; and his grandchildren, Jensen Dansie, Sarah Ontiveros and Katie Ontiveros. He is also survived by thirteen children.
