He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene Watts and Deborah Kay Keener; his children, Tyler Eugene Watts (Chelsea) and Kiera Lynn Watts; his grandchildren, Lucas Watts and Evelynn Watts; his brothers, James Eugene Watts, Ryan Dee Watts and Jerald Lee Watts; and also, Wilford Keener, Larry O'Brien, Uncle Dan Keener and Jared Bevans. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews and Cousins.
