He was predeceased by: his siblings, Evelyn and Chad. He is survived by: his children, Marci Stokke (Bob), Randi Evans and Robyn Kamnikar; his wife Yvonne; his stepchildren, Crystal Nebeker (Corey), Walter Cook (Brenda) and Joseph Cook (Elise); and his brother Clint Crosby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
