He is survived by: his parents, Howard Maurice Ballif and Madge Peterson Ballif; his wife Pauline; his children, Heidi Walker (Nico), Melinda Odencrantz (George), Scott (Amanda), Matt (Joni) and Andrea Martinez (Ray); and his siblings, John Paul (Donna-Deceased), Barr (Rowena) and Margot (Larry).
