He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Kristi Horton (Gary), Eric, Marla Winegar (Weston) and Mark (Jennifer); his siblings, Verree McNeel and Dale Peterson (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Paul McNeel. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
