It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phares Thomas Horman Jr. (Sandy, Utah), who passed away on March 13, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Adaline Coolbear and Phares T. Horman, Sr.; his wife Hermine; his daughters, Shelley Fuller (Vernon) and April Widmer (Sieg); and his siblings, Jean Wilburn, David Horman and Kenny Horman.

He is survived by: his children, Heather Spurlock (Ken), Karen Phelps (Marty), Susan Ray, Becky Ririe (Kevin) and Briggs Horman (Wendy).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Perpetual Education Fund for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
