He is survived by: his children, Gary Smith (Cali), Terry Smith (Gail), Valerie Jarrett (Arlo) and Kimberly Dimmitt (Steve Nelson); his grandchildren, Christopher, Lyndsay, Ryan, Nicole, Maile, Alyse, Nick and Rayna; and his sisters, Elizabeth Andreason (Don), Francis Crews (Earl) and Zhan Dunlap (Toby). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
