She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Joe Tarro; her daughters, JoLynn Kitson and Trudy Fullmer (Randy); her grandchildren, Brett Fullmer (Jane) and Kamille Fullmer (Bob Swindle); her great grandchildren, Noah Fullmer, Tatiana Swindle, Alec Fullmer and Lily Fullmer; and her siblings, Elsa Wilde (Jerry), Micky Rolfe, Bill Skuppin and Her. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren but also to her brothers, sisters, neighbors and many friends.
