He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe McOmber and Carolyn McOmber; his sister Jean Farrar; and his nephews, Mark Farrar and Thomas Farrar.
He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his daughter Elisabeth (Basil Katsaounis); his grandchildren, Michael, Max, Madeline, Airedale and Yoshi; his nephew David Farrar; and his sister-in-law Sally Griffith.
