He was predeceased by: his parents, William Belmont Fowlkes of Tennessee and Frances Laverne Wolfcale of Ohio; and his brother William Fowlkes of San Bernardino, California.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Ruth Housel; his daughters, Terra Mulliner (Derek) of Santa Clara and Linda Felton (Layne) of Hailey; and his brother Richard Fowlkes (Gerda) of Santa Clara. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 14 ½ great grandchildren.
