He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivar Floisand and Agnes Rasmussen Floisand. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Wahlquist; his children, Richard (Allison) of Seattle, WA, Laurie (Kent) of Ivins, UT and Brian of Los Angeles, CA; and his brother John Floisand of Bountiful, UT.. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
