He is survived by: his sister Shannon; and his daughters, Kellee Kiley (Michael) of Farmington, Utah, Kim Jacobsen (Donald) of Reno, Nevada, Laurie Morris of Santa Clara, Utah, Heidi Hebb (Thomas) of Sparks and Tori Kae Shumway of Santa Clara, Utah.. He is also survived by two sisters, one brother, many dear cousins, and friends.
