He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen "Duke" (Laurel Bateman Gyllenskog) and Smithfield; his brother Dan; his brother-in-law Bob Page; and his in-laws, Ren and Della Jones.
He is survived by: his children, David, Tonya, Tamra Guvench (Shawn Davis), Diana Cunningham (Brent), Brett (Bailey), April Chugg (Nate) and Leesa Tolman (Jaden); his wife Eva Jones; his siblings, Jeff (Susan), Joy Page and Jane; his sister-in-law Pat; and his friend Mike Ford. He is also survived by his 7 children; 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ward Chapel (340 E 300 S 46181). During the COVID-19 pandemic, Max and Eva came out of retirement to support the Bear River Health Department in its emergency response efforts.
