He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edwin and Thelma Christina Anderson Higley; his son-in-law Ron Messick; his granddaughters, Emily Michelle Higley and Krystalynn Long; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Reed Taylor and Spencer Callister.
He is survived by: his wife Kenna Higley; his children, Dawn Kenna Messick, Jerry Higley (Melanie), Ricky Higley (Beth), Rodney Higley (Julie), Michael Higley (Cynthia) and Stacy Higley (Susan); and his siblings, Robbie Higley (Sandie), Colleen Naylor (Dean), Linda Jackson and Brad Higley (Kathy). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 private family services will be held at Myers Mortuary, Brigham City, UT.
