He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Neel and Lorene Neel; and his brother Thomas Neel. He is survived by: his wife Eve Summerill-Neel; his children, Valkyrie Neel, HJ Neel, Faith Whaley, Amy Williams, Rb Callahan and Saint Kelly; his grandchildren, Athena Whaley, Atlas, Ezra Almanza and Riley Kelly; and his siblings, Jim Plumlee, Gary Neel, Terry Neel, Robert Neel, Debbie LittleDog and Sherry Creech. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
