We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2019, Douglas Opheikens (South Ogden, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Opheikens; his parents, Bert Opheikens and Elizabeth Opheikens; and his siblings, Ruth Crouch (Harold), Elizabeth (Betty), Hill, Kenneth Opheikens (Germaine), Richard Dick Opheikens (Pauline), Phyllis Flynn (Jerry), Donny Opheikens (Linda Holt) and Kathy Wood (Randy).

He is survived by: his children, Carl Opheikens (Buffie), Teri Kirby (Val) and Mark Opheikens (Lori). He is also survived by his sister Paula (Henry) Day, as well as, 14 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
