She is survived by: her son John Michael Sullivan (Elaina) of Phoenix, Arizona.; her grandchildren, Abigail, Lucas, Dominic, Sophia, Jackson, Declan and Landon; and her siblings, Lynn Edwards (Deb), Cheryl Collicutt (Gene), Shauna Leavitt (Randy), Denise Curliss (Rick) and Loraine Froc (Perry).
