He is survived by: his parents, Achel Burnell and Patrisha Jarvis; his grandparents, Randy, Sisie Burnell, Robert Milton and Laura Milton; his aunts, Ambi Middlebrook (Toby), Carla Clark (Andrew), Sondra Milton, Melaine Milton and Alyce Milton; his cousins, Charles, Kolton, Kyler and Charlotte; his sisters, Brindley Jarvis, Stevey Jarvis, Keltsey Jarvis, Channing Moore (Brandon) and Kaylie Preston (Dillon); his grandparents, Boyd, Carol Clark, Dick, Heidi Jarvis, Eric Warner, Steve Garrett and Leslie Warner; and also Ashton Scott.
In lieu of flowers, a donation account has been made for Tucker Burnell Memorial Fund at Central Bank in Spanish Fork.
