She is survived by: her parents, Cleve Jackson and Ann Jackson of Spanish Fork; her husband Scott Johnson; her sons, Cleve and Casey; her stepdaughter Chawde'; her grandson Aylan; her siblings, John Jackson (Kallie) of Mapleton and Christine Peterson (Kirk) of Salem; and her grandparents, John and Julia Jackson of Mapleton. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, and all the friends.
