He was predeceased by: his sister Regina Diane Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Mitton West; his stepchildren, Canyon and Sage; his daughter Megan; his parents, Mary (Bob) and Danny (Carolyn); and his siblings, Adam and Jacque.
