He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Leone Johnson (Ron) of Spanish Fork, Utah. and Danna Smith Warner (Clyde) of Spanish Fork, Utah.; his former spouses, LaWanna Walker and Ann Petro; his children, Vickie (Bryce), Jim (Wendy), David and Annette; and also, Michael (Janet) of Spanish Fork, Tami (Cary) of Roy and Frank Edwards of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
