He is survived by : his parents, Gregg William Fleming and Cynthia Denise Dietz Fleming; his son Harley Shumway of Kent Ohio; and his siblings, Donald Fleming (Jamie) of Eufaula, Richard Barrett (Jamie) of Santaquin, Kimber Ogletree of Eufaula and Karen Barrett of Provo, Utah.. He is also survived by Great uncles, great aunts, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
