She was predeceased by: her parents, James Milton Revel and Phyllis May Goodfellow Revel; her husband Claude Hulbert; her brother Richard Revel; her nephew Joseph Hauwert; her stepmother Elaine Revel; and her mother-in-law Margaret Hulbert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Butts (Mike) of Lehi, Utah and Heather Wilson (Paul) of Nephi, Utah.; her grandchildren, Allan Terry, Nicholas Terry, Austin Terry, Hulbert Wilson, Brittany Terry, Whitney Kellogg (Richard), Corbin Wilson, Matt Butts (Brittany), Cody Butts (Crystal), Josh Butts (Brihanna), Jacob Butts and Sarah Butts; her great grandchildren, Cohen, Shelby, Isabelle, Liam, Loren, Brody, Karley, Leah, Ryler, Jameson, Taylor and Kleos; and her sisters, Janis Hauwert (Gerardus, Sr.), Rosalie Gerber (Richard), Kimberly Revel Anderson and Carol Ivy.
