He is survived by: his parents, Gloria Hartley and Robert Hartley; his wife Tonya Hartley; his children, Robert Hartley (Amanda), Amber Jenkins (Joe), Austin Hartley and Alix Harmon (Kevin); his grandsons, Jayden and Xavier; and his siblings, Jeremy Hartley (Gloria) and Jackie Hartley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews.
